I've done it. I'm finally done. Of course, at 11:30 at night I had to run out to the post office in the dark and rain and puddles (because who else would I trust with such an important package?), and pound on the door until some poor custodian let me in, but I've finished. Everything, in this huge brown box, down the mail shoot, wooooosh!

I've developed this sort of nervous twitch in my eye, probably from eye strain. It goes off every few seconds, regular as clockwork. It goes to say something for the complete genius of DDM, however, that even after playing 506,621 games, I am not sick of it. Though I think it's going to haunt my dreams for the rest of my life, and when I close my eyes I can see dice dimensioning.

Anyway, enough chat. Bed. Sleep. Gawd, yes.

...I'm sure the powers above won't be able to resist giving me an extension. I mean, I have been working day and night on this project. How can a week hurt, right?

I mean, this is me we're talking about.

Yes, I am alive, just overworked like a packhorse. And to think, I still have something like a month until the game is due. Just wait until a week or two before the deadline! Speaking of which, what is the date, anyway? I haven't been outside much except for doing promotions for the Black Clown and DDM, so I really don't know.

...The... 11th? That means I have less than 3 weeks to finish this thing! And some of the help screen text still reads, "Go figure it out yourself or do without this feature. It's not like you have any chance of winning anyway." And I just found that, if you stick a die in square D5, no matter what level it is, you'll always summon a Kuriboh. Or at least, that's what the hologram shows, even though it then does all the attacks of whatever monster you were supposed to summon. Basically, you summon some random monster, you can't tell what it is, and you're supposed to try to utilize its abilities as well as you can. The programming for the square looks fine. The commands it gives to the hologram projectors look fine. Everything seriously looks fine. Though obviously, it's not fine, or else I wouldn't keep summoning fuzzballs.

This is turning into a rant again.

I really need to go back to work now. And fix the Kuriboh problem. They're such pests, no offense meant, Yugi.

Hey, guess what! As a new promotion for DDM, the local arcade is giving away packs of DDM dice as prizes. Though of course, the dice cost the most tickets of anything in the prize stand. ^_~ Only natural for something created by yours truly. But anyway, to promote the promotion for DDM, I'm going to be hanging around the arcade from 1:00 to 4:00-- you know, just kind of flitting around, playing games, looking beautiful as always.

So, my loyal fans, when you're looking for me tomorrow, you know where I'll be! ^_~

Maaan, this sucks. Break or no break, I still have to spend time at the shop for publicity (Admit it, what's better for publicity than, well, me?), ie, I stand there and look pretty so fangirls will buy ravenously. This means that I have to be here at least a few hours a day, or face a (*gasp!*) possible decline in sales. Couldn't have that, now could we?

Roadtrip? No dice. *long sigh* And sometimes you wonder if being beautiful is a curse.
